Beginning October 4th, Partners must provide additional verification for all
competitive sales. Along with your claim form, please submit at least one
acceptable form of proof:
- License certificate showing customer's name and product being displaced.
- Invoice of competitive product customer previously purchased, which new purchase
now displaces.
- Email from customer confirming displacement of non-Symantec endpoint protection
product with Symantec Endpoint Protection or Symantec Multi-tier Protection.
- Any other document that clearly shows the customer's name and the name of the
license product the Symantec license is displacing.
